Roque Ruggero, M.D.
Dr. Ruggero received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX in 1997 and completed his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York in 2000 where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Ruggero is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been a practicing emergency physician with Capitol Emergency Associates at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center since 2000. He is also a member of the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine and Travis County Medical Society.

Joel Goode, M.D.
Dr. Goode received his medical degree from University of Texas- Houston Medical School in 1994, and completed his residency in 1997 with Memorial Family Practice Residency Program, an affiliate of the University of Texas-Houston Medical School. Dr. Goode is board certified in Family Medicine and established the Brushy Creek Family Physicians, P.A. with other physician partners in 1997.
Dr. Goode belongs to the Travis County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and American Academy of Family Physicians.

Louis Lux, M.D.
Dr. Lux received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas in 1985 and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at The University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1988. He is Vice President and Co-Founder of Central Texas Hospitalists and currently serves as Hospitalist at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center and Medical Director of Hospice Compassus. Dr. Lux is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Medical Subspecialties and the American Association of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He is the director of the Internal Medicine clerkship on the Round Rock campus.

Sabitha Rajan, M.D.
Dr. Rajan graduated from Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine and completed her residency at Cornell Weill Medical Center in New York. After residency, she worked and studied at Columbia University as a Hospitalist while she completed a master’s degree in biostatistics with a thesis on patients with heart failure and a normal ejection fraction. She began the hospitalist program at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut in 2004 and remained their director until coming to Texas in 2007 to join Scott and White as their Chief Medical Officer for the Continuing Care Hospital. Currently, she is an editor at Hearst Health, MCG and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Texas A&M. She is the assistant director of the Internal Medicine clerkship on the Round Rock campus.
Kevin H. Brown, M.D.
Dr. Brown received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1998 and, in 2002, completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Dr. Brown was Chief of the Obstetrics and Gynecology and co-chair of the Perinatal Safety Committee at Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock in 2008. He maintains a position as reviewer for Obstetrics and Gynecology. His honors include recognition among the top 10% of all reviewers for the publication in 2007. He is also on the editorial advisory board for the national publications, Pharmacist’s Letter and Prescriber’s Letter.
Dr. Brown is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Daniel Richards, M.D.
Dr. Richards received his medical degree from MCP Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2000. He completed the Pediatric Residency Program at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, also in Philadelphia, in 2003, and is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Richards is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He serves as a Hospitalist with Dell Children's Medical Center and clerkship director for the Pediatrics rotation at the Round Rock campus.
Jennifer Helmcamp, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Helmcamp received her medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX in 2001 and completed residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX in 2005. She stayed at UTHSC in Houston for a fellowship in Academic Pediatrics while at the same time obtaining a Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health in 2007. Dr. Helmcamp is board certified in pediatrics, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been an outpatient pediatrician at Baylor Scott & White Health in Round Rock since 2008. She is now serving as assistant clerkship director for Pediatrics.

Victor M. Garza, M.D.
Dr. Victor Garza, a Houston native and first generation college graduate, received his Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Rice University and went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Garza is certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His previous work includes inpatient consultation-liaison and outpatient care at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System in Chicago. He’s provided outpatient psychiatric consultation and clinical care at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System’s Austin Outpatient Clinic within their integrated primary care-mental health program. Dr. Garza currently provides telehealth psychiatric services to community mental health centers in the State of Texas.

Rodney Lewis, M.D.
Dr. Lewis graduated with Honors from the University of Texas, Arlington and went to medical school at the University of Texas, Southwestern, in Dallas. He did his surgical residency and training at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Lewis is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Lewis began practice in the Round Rock area in 2000.
